DMSG staff are highly experienced technical experts in the MapSherpa Web Mapping Platform and it’s key underlying open source technologies including MapServer, OpenLayers and Fusion. This is rooted in DMSG’s extensive involvement in the core development of each of these technologies.
Through DMSG’s Technical Support Services, your development team can obtain support directly from the people who develop these technologies. By purchasing a minimum number of support hours – you receive access to a single point of contact at DMSG who will be available to advise and consult with you via phone and/or email. Support time can be used for advice, technology workarounds, or to solve specific core technology issues. Once engaged, DMSG will access the most effective technical resources possible to help resolve your problems or to provide consultative advice.
Technical services are chargeable by the hour with the purchase of a minimum block of hours.
