M4MS Standard
M4MS Standard is a high quality map base of the United States. it is ideally suited as a display layer where the precision of your location information needs to be to the zip code level.
The product incorporates the latest version of the US Census Bureau TIGER/Line® datasets, designed to incorporate the TIGER’s Shapefile data structure. M4MS Standard also incorporates our global-coverage product M4MS Global giving you the flexibility to display a variety of combinations of US and global coverage.
M4MS Standard is updated on a semi-annual release cycle with product releases in the Spring and Fall. New releases include enhancements to some or all of the following:
- New TIGER data releases,
- MapServer feature enhancements,
- Documentation, and
- Other improvements.
We also keep you up-to-date with the latest security patches, performance enhancements, and styling capabilities.
As much as possible our releases also incorporate customer comments and suggestions that will enhance the product for all users.
